 Delivery & Returns


Grocery Delivery

On receipt of orders we will send you a confirmation Email of your order. We will dispatch goods within 24hrs. Please note that deliveries are Kerbside deliveries only. Drivers will not enter customers premises at delivery.

You must inform us at the time of ordering if there is any restrictions when delivering. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery if the customer is not at home or at place of business to accept delivery.

  • We can facilitate a Certain Day & Time for North Wicklow & South Dublin Orders depending on availability.

Our Target Delivery Slots are Every 30 Minutes between the Times listed below.

Monday – Friday (7.30AM – 11.30 AM) (3.30PM -17.30 PM)

Saturday & Sunday (8.30 AM – 12.30PM)


North Wicklow, South Dublin Area

Relish operate their own commercial delivery vehicles for this Area.

We Offer a Complimentary Delivery Service for all orders  in the above areas which are 50 Euro or greater in Value. A Delivery fee of 5 Euro will be allocated to any Order with a value of less than 50 Euro.


We source Fresh Bread from the Firehouse Bakery 7 Days a week. We do not hold a stock of bread. Your Bread is baked to order and delivered to you the same day it is baked to ensure you receive fresh Bread.

Bread orders received by us before 3pm each day (MONDAY – FRIDAY) will be delivered to you the next day. Bread orders to be delivered on Sunday or Monday Will have to be received by Friday at 3pm.

We cannot provide a next day delivery for any bread order placed after 3pm.


If you change your mind about your order, i.e wrong size or shape we will gladly refund the full amount of your order excluding delivery cost. All we ask is you pay for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive the goods back in our warehouse we will refund your Credit/Debit card within two days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and dispatch as soon as it arrives back into stock. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be reported to the company within two days of receipt.

All orders placed outside these areas are sent out by independent couriers during normal office hours. We cannot offer a timed delivery option and goods are delivered according to the route and schedule of an independent courier over which we have no control.


All products on our website are sold subject to availability. If after you submit your order any items are not available, we will offer you an alternative, or issue a full refund for the out of stock item/s.
